What You’ll Do:

As an Customer Service Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for BHX Logistics. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Driver Assistance: Provide support to drivers regarding pickup numbers, point-of-contact information, and shipment details. Help resolve issues such as delays, freight discrepancies, and unforeseen challenges.
  • Monitoring Progress: Track drivers’ progress and communicate updates with customers regarding delays or late arrivals.
  • Problem Solving: Act as a liaison between drivers, customers, and third parties to address and resolve problems during shipments.
  • Canada Clearance: Submit documentation to third-party services for Canada-bound shipments and follow up until clearance is confirmed.
  • Messaging Support: Respond to drivers’ messages and requests, involving the appropriate parties when necessary.
  • Customer Support: Manage the general mailbox, answering customer inquiries and addressing their needs related to past, ongoing, and future shipments.
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter and manage shipment data in our logistics management system.
