What You’ll Do:

As a Freight Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting BHX Logistics and driving their success. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to Quote Requests: Deliver accurate, competitive shipping quotes tailored to customer needs.
  • Finding Freight Opportunities: Use load boards and other tools to identify profitable loads for booking.
  • Brokering Freight: Connect clients with reliable carriers, ensuring smooth execution and maximizing profitability.
  • Building Carrier Networks: Develop relationships with trusted carriers who consistently deliver high-quality service.
  • Negotiating Rates: Secure the best pricing for both clients and carriers while maintaining trust and transparency.
  • Fostering Long-Term Relationships: Build trust and establish strong partnerships that create lasting success for everyone involved.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: 1,500 BAM per month.
  • Commission: 3% of the gross profit on each load (calculated as the amount the customer pays for the load minus the amount paid to the carrier).

Your earning potential grows as you do:

  • Starting Monthly Earnings: Approximately 2,100 BAM (base + commission).
  • 1-Year Projection: Around 3,000 BAM/month.
  • 2-Year Projection: Around 4,000 BAM/month or more.

There’s no limit to what you can achieve. The more business you secure, the more you earn.
