We are looking for HoReCa Business Development Manager who enjoys working in a dynamic and innovative environment to help us expand the business in BiH.
Position is in Sarajevo.
What will be the key goals and challenges for HoReCa Business Development Manager:
- To establish relationships and negotiating terms with client
- Understand and promote company program
- Visit clients and prospects to evaluate their needs and/or to promote products and services
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospects and existing clients on a daily basis
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Educate clients on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally
- Offer company’s products or services to the clients within your given territory
- Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products and market conditions to understand customers’ specific needs
- Actively follow trends in payment industry, and participate in the implementation of new solutions
What we are looking in candidates for the position of HoReCa Business Development Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics or related fields is an advantage
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hospitality/HORECA, understanding and knowledge in markets trends
- Understanding the sales process and dynamics
- A commitment to the excellent client service
- Fluency in spoken and written local BiH languages and English language
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Established relationships with targeted field
- Superb interpersonal skills
- Driver’s license (B category) and a high mobility within the sales territory
- Continuous improvement through feedback
High degree of autonomy in an ever-growing company
