Responsibilities:
- Flawless execution of the administrative processes, in particular supporting payroll,worktime and attendance reporting
- Guidance the leadership and employees on labor code and administrative compliance subjects, monitoring compliance
- Leading recruitment process with functional expertise, executing job advertisement, and applicant mgmt., monitoring onboarding process
- Coordinating the talent development plan, organization of trainings and coaching as required, monitoring of execution
- Guidance on and administrative execution of disciplinary proceedings and termination processes
- Propose, develop, and execute functional improvement actions to increase effectiveness of processes, measures, and communication
- Lead actions to further improve teamwork, employee satisfaction and identification with the employer
- Works on team development, as well as advising management on decisions to be implemented
- Leading functional staff, ensuring HR’s performance mgmt. serves as a role model
- Ownership of functional planning and budgeting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Preferably Law or other relevant field)
- 3+ years working experience as HR Leader,
- Excellent communication and conflict mgmt. competence
- Strong display of empathy and teamwork
- Required knowledge of English (min. B2) and preferably German,
- Organizational and analytical skills, experience in HR / ERP software solutions
