Who we are looking for
- 3+ years of functional expertise in international business environment;
- Knowledge and experience in HR Administration
- Result-driven and customer/stakeholder-oriented personality;
- Strong sense of responsibility and commitment;
- Ability to prioritize and perform tasks independently;
- Proven communication and organizational skills;
- Solid experience with MS Excel and PowerPoint;
- Fluent Bosnian and English.
Your future role
- Employer branding, talent acquisition and supervision of onboarding process;
- Support with Performance Experience process,
- Administration of employment relations, HR software administration and reporting;
- Compensation & Benefits policy coordination;
- Arrangement of Talent well-being and other motivational activities;
- Advising to leadership on Talent matters;
- Close cooperation within Baltic and Central Europe HR teams on Talent strategic initiatives and reporting.
