Who we are looking for

3+ years of functional expertise in international business environment;
Knowledge and experience in HR Administration
Result-driven and customer/stakeholder-oriented personality;
Strong sense of responsibility and commitment;
Ability to prioritize and perform tasks independently;
Proven communication and organizational skills;
Solid experience with MS Excel and PowerPoint;
Fluent Bosnian and English.

Your future role

Employer branding, talent acquisition and supervision of onboarding process;
Support with Performance Experience process,
Administration of employment relations, HR software administration and reporting;
Compensation & Benefits policy coordination;
Arrangement of Talent well-being and other motivational activities;
Advising to leadership on Talent matters;
Close cooperation within Baltic and Central Europe HR teams on Talent strategic initiatives and reporting.
