Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Industrial Engineer at Targer E&C. The Industrial Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing systems and processes, analyzing and improving existing systems and processes, and communicating with clients and team members to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

• Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering skills
• Analytical skills, including the ability to analyze data and identify patterns and trends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with clients and team members from diverse backgrounds
• Process improvement skills, including the ability to identify inefficiencies, develop solutions, and implement changes
• Experience in project management and knowledge of project management methodologies
• Experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software and other engineering tools
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field

Experience (min 3 years) in the manufacturing and/or consulting industry is a mandatory.
