Due to the growing number of business opportunities and ongoing projects, PPG is seeking to strengthen its team with an International Tender Specialist. This role offers a dynamic and challenging environment, ideal for professionals looking to advance their careers in international procurement and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying and analyzing international tenders suitable for company participation.
• Collecting and preparing documentation required for tender applications.
• Reviewing tender documentation and ensuring compliance with all requirements.
• Preparing and submitting competitive technical proposals.
• Ensuring the company meets all legal and regulatory requirements for tender participation.
• Coordinating the timely collection of necessary certifications and references.
• Monitoring and staying updated on procurement laws and regulations.
• Reporting to company management on the status and progress of submitted tenders.
• Collaborating with internal teams and external partners in the preparation of bids.
• Managing and updating the company’s CV database of experts.
• Translating documents as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• University degree in Law, Economics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in tender preparation.
• Strong knowledge of international tendering procedures (EBRD, EIB, WB, UNDP, EU, etc.).
• Proficiency in English (mandatory).
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Valid B-category driver’s license.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented approach with strong analytical skills.
• Experience in recruitment or database management of experts is an advantage.
