Main duties:

• Provides HSE leadership, training and operational support to all levels of the organization and across all functional groups,
• Daily staff and company supervision, control,
• Providing corrective measures to improve HSE condition,
• Ensures all HSE processes and procedures are implemented and standardized across RCB facility,
• Works closely with Engineering and Facilities on special projects involving plant construction, equipment design, and hazardous assessments,
• Tracks company and staff health and safety metrics and use the data to identify and to reduce risk,
• Maintains Chemical Hazardous waste program including chemical accumulation and accumulation area inspections,
• Maintains all necessary training and licensing to function as a signing authority on all HSE matters,
• Developing and maintain all documents related to the HSE and task topics,
• Other duties and projects as assigned. 

Profile:

• BS with 5+ year’s related experience in an HSE leadership role; safety, engineering, or equivalent science degree (Civil engineer, Mechanical engineer, and other equivalent technical faculty),
• Experience in an HSE leadership role; safety, engineering or equivalent science degree,
• Demonstrated understanding of and ability to communicate effectively with regulatory authorities, government officials, major customers and senior executives within the organization,
• Fluently English speaker.
