Provides HSE leadership, training and operational support to all levels of the organization and across all functional groups,
Daily staff and company supervision, control,
Providing corrective measures to improve HSE condition,
Ensures all HSE processes and procedures are implemented and standardized across RCB facility,
Works closely with Engineering and Facilities on special projects involving plant construction, equipment design, and hazardous assessments,
Tracks company and staff health and safety metrics and use the data to identify and to reduce risk,
Maintains Chemical Hazardous waste program including chemical accumulation and accumulation area inspections,
Maintains all necessary training and licensing to function as a signing authority on all HSE matters,
Developing and maintain all documents related to the HSE and task topics,
Other duties and projects as assigned.
Profile:
BS with 5+ year’s related experience in an HSE leadership role; safety, engineering, or equivalent science degree (Civil engineer, Mechanical engineer, and other equivalent technical faculty),
Experience in an HSE leadership role; safety, engineering or equivalent science degree,
Demonstrated understanding of and ability to communicate effectively with regulatory authorities, government officials, major customers and senior executives within the organization,
