Attend to users IT needs in order for them to meet their work functions, including issues with user accounts, printers, computers, mobile phones, business applications, etc.;
Provide first level support for user issues;
Walk users through problem solving process;
Follow up with users, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution;
Ensure proper documentation and closure of tickets;
Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support;
Preserve and grow your knowledge of help desk procedures, products and services;
Support employee onboarding and offboarding process;
Management of end user equipment (computers, mobile phones etc.).
Position requirements:
Minimum education: High school diploma with appropriate IT certificates or University Degree (or final year of study) in: Information Technology, Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics or similar;
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus;
Technical skills in administration of Windows OS Workstations and Servers; Local networking and printing; Administration of IP telephony and Mobile devices; Active Directory User and Computers;
Fluent English;
Strong organizational skills and multitasking;
The highest level of personal integrity.
