We are seeking a talented and driven Business Analyst & Lead Generation Specialist to join our team and drive our company's growth to new heights. As our organization expands and aims to tap into new markets, we recognize the importance of a strategic approach to business development and lead generation. This role will be instrumental in identifying lucrative opportunities, building strong relationships, and generating high-quality leads to fuel our success.

What will you do:

  • Create and implement strategies to generate high-quality leads consistently.
  • Manage and improve the customer relationship management (CRM) system to effectively track, organize, and analyze lead information.
  • Establish automated email workflows and campaigns to engage and convert leads into qualified opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop appealing content, landing pages, and calls-to-action that attract and capture leads.
  • Create and maintain lead scoring models to prioritize and assess leads based on their engagement and readiness to purchase.
  • Track and analyze key metrics related to lead generation, such as conversion rates and lead readiness.
  • Regularly analyze lead data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for enhancing lead generation strategies.
  • Prepare comprehensive lead reports to upper management on an ongoing basis, offering insights and recommendations for optimizing lead generation efforts.

We want to know you if….

  • You have more than 2 years of proven experience as a Lead Generation Manager or similar role in IT industry
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, such as HubSpot, to manage leads, track interactions, and generate reports.
  • Familiarity with email automation platforms, lead scoring models, and lead nurturing techniques.
  • Excellent knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for generating high-quality leads and contributing to business growth.
