Menadžer / Specijalista za LCV fleet & korištena vozila (m/ž)

Toyota, the world's largest vehicle manufacturer, and through its own company Toyota BH, as part of further development in the field of light commercial vehicles and fleet programs as well as the program of selling used vehicles, is looking for a candidate for the above mentioned position.

Your main responsibilities would be:

• establishing standards for the sale of fleet, used and commercial vehicles within the Toyota network.
• Implementation of LCV, used cars and fleet strategy on the market.
• development of products to support sales to LCV fleets and used car buyers, including financial products and service products,
• planning, monitoring, and reporting on the sale of fleet, light commercial vehicles and used vehicles.
• support, consulting, and training of authorized dealers in the area of sales to larger customers,
• monthly monitors and analyses vehicle sales and fleet maintenance services,
• coordination of partners and requests of fleet clients,
• planning the quantity and combination of models and analysing vehicle sales and fleet maintenance services,
• development of the Toyota fleet, sales of light commercial vehicles and used vehicles, value chain services and fleet maintenance,
• development of sales support products for large customers, including financial products and products in the field of service contracts,
• coordination, negotiation and preparation with major financial institutions, leasing companies and rent-a-car companies.
• active participation in negotiations with fleet clientele,
• finding new fleet customers, daily work with RTL in fleet sales,
• maintaining existing relationships with fleet clients,
• coordination of partners and requests of fleet clients,
• creation of websites and offers for fleet, used vehicles in cooperation with the Marketing team.
• maintenance of TBH vehicles intended for testing the fleet of customers,
• organization of procurement and maintenance control of all TBH vehicles,
• ordering TBH official vehicles according to the TADG regulation,
• adherence to and respect for Toyota's core values and standards,
• other jobs by order of the superior.

We are expecting from you:

• university education,
• at least 5 years of experience on the same or similar position,
• active knowledge of the English language in speech and writing,
• active knowledge of the Office package,
• valid drivers licence "B".
