Key duties & responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot basic issues that arise in the customer network by either resolving them or bringing them to the attention of the appropriate teams. This involves addressing trouble tickets submitted by customers.
• Engage with general router functionality (e.g., router configurations, troubleshooting commands).
• Meets the metrics set forth by leadership including contractual SLAs and KPIs.
• Keep up-to-date with technology changes and continually expand knowledge and skill sets.
• The ideal candidate should possess the following attributes:
• An intuitive and methodical approach to problem-solving
• Knowledge of network concepts such as LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, HTTPS, FTP, DNS, DHCP.
• A confident and proactive approach in furthering technical knowledge and imparting this knowledge to other members of the team
• A positive attitude, setting standards of excellence and achieving them
• The ability to manage time effectively and prioritize cases/projects to ensure goals are met
• Knowledge of Cloud and Virtualized solutions
• Knowledge of scripting: Python, Kubernetes, JavaScript.
• Able to work in shifts and able to work on rota basis for on-call remote work (weekdays nights and weekend)
