The company is undergoing a digital transformation and is looking for a project manager to lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 based on the requirements of the Forster Rohner Group in

Project Manager for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Implementation

About the Role

The project manager will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Conceptualize, plan, execute, monitor, and control the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 in Forster Rohner Ilidza d.o.o, based on the requirements of the group and the local legal regulations.
  • Coordinate and communicate with the group-wide project management in Switzerland, the Swiss implementation partner, and the local implementation partner in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
  • Manage the local project scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, issues, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure the alignment of the business processes, data migration, user training, and system testing.
  • Report the project status, progress, and outcomes to the senior management and the group project management.
  • Optimizing business processes

About the Requirements:

The ideal candidate for this role should have the following qualifications:

  • Experience in the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Navision preferably in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Navision functionalities, modules, and best practices.
  • Financial acumen with good understanding of financial processes.
  • Experience in a production environment are a clear plus.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English and Bosnian, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to Switzerland as needed.
