Job Summary:
Join Amigogaming, as our Quality Assurance Specialist. In this critical role, you'll ensure the impeccable quality and performance of our gaming products on operator websites. You'll work closely with various teams to maintain our standards of excellence, enhance user experience, and conduct market research to keep us at the forefront of the industry. Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed reviews of operator websites for game functionality, betting processes, and user experience.
• Ensure games are correctly integrated and positioned on operator platforms, meeting agreements and expectations.
• Monitor bet placements, payouts, and game performance, identifying and reporting issues.
• Guarantee the quality of game designs and icon placements, proposing improvements.
• Monitor promotions, perform new market research, and ensure optimal game positioning on gambling sites.
• Analyze competitors' releases and market strategies to inform our development and marketing.
• Collaborate with support and account management teams for feedback on game performance.
• Develop detailed reports on QA activities and outcomes.
• Liaise between technical teams and account managers for product improvement.
• Stay updated on industry standards and regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably in the gaming or online betting industry.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using QA tools for testing and automation, as well as Microsoft and Google suite tools for documentation and communication.
• Familiarity with gaming operations, online betting systems, and industry regulations.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
