HAProxy Technologies is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at HAProxy Technologies, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales growth. Your primary responsibilities will include inbound lead qualification, outbound prospecting, and moving leads through the sales funnel to set up sales-qualified appointments. This role demands a passionate, organized, and resilient individual with a proven track record in B2B sales.
What you will do in this role:
Promote HAProxy Technologies solutions to prospective customers, effectively communicating our value proposition.
Respond promptly to inbound leads and conduct qualification calls.
Schedule meetings for qualified prospects with the sales team.
Collaborate on and refine inbound email campaigns and messaging.
Target and prioritize prospects within our CRM for re-engagement.
Utilize various tools including Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo and LinkedIn to research accounts, identify key contacts, and perform cold outreach to prospective customers.
What you will bring to this role:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, demand generation or cold calling within the enterprise IT sector or similar industry.
Fluency in English (C2) is required; proficiency in any additional language is an advantage.
A competitive nature with a strong eagerness to learn and succeed.
Experience with LinkedIn, Salesforce (or comparable CRM tool), and HubSpot (or comparable marketing analytics tool) is highly advantageous.
Exceptional pre-call planning, opportunity qualification, and objection handling skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Meticulous attention to detail with superior time management abilities.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
The Position
This is a full-time position, for candidates located in Bosnia.
