INTRODUCTION

We are seeking a highly qualified Sales Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, he/she will plays a critical part in providing valuable support to our sales representatives and effectivelyr esponding to customer and prospect queries.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems.

2. Provide data and guides to help the sales team.

3. Develop and monitor performance indicators.

4. Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information.

5. Keep record of sales trends.

6. Liaise with account managers to develop specific sales strategies.

7. Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board.

8. Review pending orders and specific customers requests to ensure excellent customers ervice and customer experience.

9. Suggest sales process improvements.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

1. Proven work experience as a Sales support specialist or Sales support associate.

2. Hands on experience with ERP and CRM systems.

3. Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.

4. In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

5. Excellent communication skills.

6. Analytical and multitasking skills.

7. Teamwork and motivational skills.

8. BS degree in Marketing or associates degree in relevant field a plus.
