Who are you?

You are an experienced Senior Accountant who has skills ranging in a number of related actions not limited to maintaining accounting business operations and handling all internal and external accounting inquiries. You are a motivated, self-starter who is excited to work for a dynamic company in the health and wellness space!

In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:  

• Monitoring of regulations in the field of finance and accounting and following the execution of regulations.
• Maintaining accounting business operations.
• Preparation for the process of closing the business books at the end of the month and at the end of the year.
• Preparation and calculation of VAT based on registered documentation.
• Operational work and cooperation with commercial banks, audits and monitoring the fulfillment of obligations.
• Preparation of other required tax returns, monthly and annual financial reports for local and consolidated books.
• Preparation and execution of other calculations in accordance with the company's activities.
• Verification, allocation, posting and reconciliation of payables and receivables.
• Accounts payable operations.
• Assistance in tax audits and tax documentation preparation.

What you bring to the Virgin Pulse team

In order to represent the best of what we have to offer you come to us with a multitude of positive attributes including:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance – as required.
• Certified Accountant active license.
• 5 years of experience in similar or related positions.
• Proficiency in Windows and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Proficiency in the English language.
• Experience with NetSuite is ideal.
• Excellent written communication skills.
