Senior Accountant (m/f)

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Accountant, where you will play a pivotal role in financial analysis, budget monitoring, and strategic advising. In this role, you'll handle the day-to-day financial transactions for our USA clients and be one of our key people in defining our future USA based setup.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
• Managing invoice processing and reconciliation of bank statements.
• Managing AR and AP.
• Handling monthly payroll and budgeting processes.
• Conducting detailed balance sheet and income statement analysis.
• Utilizing QuickBooks for bookkeeping, financial management and reporting.
• Assisting with the preparation of financial statements.
• Ensuring compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 2-3 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably with US-based clients.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks.
• Professional proficiency in English (written and oral).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data entry and financial management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
