The Role: 

As the Team Lead Accountant, you're not just stepping into a role; you're embracing a leadership mantle that's pivotal to our growth trajectory. Your expertise in accounting will drive comprehensive financial reporting and streamline monthly bookkeeping. Beyond the numbers, your role is about mentorship. Guiding, nurturing, and elevating your team is paramount. Your deep understanding of budgeting and forecasting will be instrumental in advising our clients, helping them navigate their financial futures. Leadership here isn't just about management; it's about inspiring progress, fostering growth, and setting the gold standard for the entire team.

Your Mission: 

• Lead the accounting team of 3 to 6 members, ensuring financial reports are both timely and precise.
• Supervise monthly bookkeeping, ensuring accuracy at every step.
• Lead the charge on audit initiatives, always in line with the latest financial regulations.
• Craft ad-hoc reports, turning data into actionable business insights.
• Use your expertise in budgeting and forecasting to guide and advise our clients.

Your Toolkit: 

• A Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Accounting or a related field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in accounting.
• Proven leadership experience with a track record of guiding and mentoring teams.
• Deep knowledge of financial statements and modern accounting principles.
• Proficiency in both Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Absolute fluency in English, both spoken and written, is essential
• Proficiency in additional languages is welcomed.
• QuickBooks know-how, with an aim to master it within the first six months.
• Familiarity with US GAAP will give you an edge.
