We are looking for a Tech Lead in Sarajevo to lead the development of this ambitious platform. You will be responsible for building a software solution that automates real estate planning, provides instant feedback on project feasibility, and integrates advanced property data. This role is crucial for creating a platform that is scalable, AI-driven, and highly functional for real estate professionals. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Platform Development & Integration: 

• Lead the development of a platform that automates and optimizes the real estate development process, including:
• Automated site and building layout generation, which dynamically adjusts to constraints such as zoning laws, site dimensions, and land use policies.
• Feasibility analysis tools that provide immediate feedback on project costs, potential return on investment (ROI), and design optimizations.
• Al-driven decision-making models that enhance planning efficiency by offering real-time alternatives and adjustments to architectural designs. 

Technical Leadership: 

• Architect and oversee the technical build of a scalable, cloud-based platform that integrates various datasets, including property data, zoning regulations, and topographical details.
• Ensure the platform incorporates rapid design simulation and iteration functionalities, enabling users to test different real estate development scenarios in real time. Lead an engineering team, implementing best coding practices, ensuring high-quality output, and making crucial architectural decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and business analysts, to refine the platform's functionality and user experience. 

Advanced Automation: 

• Develop algorithms for automated site generation that can create complex designs with minimal input from the user, simulating different land use patterns, structural designs, and planning permissions.
• Build functionality for dynamic design adjustments that integrate real-world constraints such as topography, regulatory compliance, and environmental impact. Implement tools that automate cost analysis, helping users quickly estimate construction costs, profit margins, and timeline projections based on their project inputs. 

System Architecture: 

• Design a modular, service-oriented architecture that allows for easy integration with third-party datasets and future platform expansion.
• Ensure the system is highly responsive, providing near-instant feedback for users running multiple simulations and design iterations.
• Prioritize security and compliance, ensuring the platform handles sensitive property data responsibly and adheres to data privacy regulations. 

Collaboration & Communication: 

• Effectively communicate technical concepts and project progress to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. 

Innovation & Continuous Improvement: 

• Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, machine learning, and real estate technologies to continuously improve the platform's capabilities. 
• Integrate machine learning models to enhance decision-making, such as predicting the most efficient layouts based on land characteristics or simulating environmental impacts on projects. 

Required Qualifications: 

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of leading complex platform builds. 
• Deep understanding of automation and optimization tools, specifically for generating architectural layouts and feasibility studies. 
• Experience in developing cloud-based platforms, with a strong understanding of microservices and modular architectures. 
• Familiarity with land development processes, property data, zoning laws, or urban planning is a plus. 
• Proven experience in Al-driven solutions, with knowledge of machine learning integration for real-time simulations and decision-making tools. Technical Skills: 
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, JavaScript (Node.js/React), and experience with front-end frameworks. 
• Expertise in data integration, with experience working with geospatial data, property data, and large datasets. 
• Knowledge of 3D rendering or visualization tools is a plus, especially for real-time design simulations.

• Proven leadership skills with experience managing technical teams, setting priorities, and ensuring timely delivery of complex projects.
