Position: 100% Remote Work

Job Description:

• Informing clients about the characteristics of products or services, their prices, and answering client inquiries.
• Collecting client information (name, address, payment method, etc.) and their reactions to the product/service.
• Gathering orders and creating order lists.
• Answering phone calls from potential clients.
• Scheduling appointments for sales representatives to improve sales or present products/services.
• Conducting marketing research by surveying clients.
• Conducting follow-up surveys with clients after sales via phone.

Profile:

• Previous experience in telemarketing, at least 2 years.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language.
• Stable and fast internet connection.
• Willingness to work in the EST time zone.
