Fulfillment Center Outbound Coordinator manages the warehouse inbound/outbound operations for Ananas, making sure that the services of storage, picking, packaging, sorting and outbound of goods management take place smoothly and in line with world best practice and user experience.
The Fulfillment Center Coordinator works closely with the Country Manager, the commercial team, 3PL logistics service providers as well as the Merchants themselves. The mission of the coordinator is to ensure that all these factors in the Fulfillment service chain have clear guidelines for meeting all operating procedures at all times in order to attract as many Merchants as possible and increase the share of Ananas shipments in relation to Dropshipping.
Ultimate goal of the Fulfillment Center Coordinator is to guarantee that customers served by Ananas will have unparallel experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Training and education of Merchants regarding proper preparation of goods, support Merchants throughout the whole inbound, order management and inventory management processes
- Identify problems and needs of Merchants related to the processes of providing Fulfillment services and propose solutions to improve penetration of share of sales through fulfillment services
- Ensure high productivity in outbound activities, such as picking, packing, sorting and dispatching parcels / pallets to carriers
- Ensure that pre-defined cut-off times and agreed service levels with regards to Fulfillment Services are met. Propose actions and solve problems proactively in order to gaurantee the best customer experience in the end.
- Implementation and control of Ananas Outbound Fulfillment service operations
- Support in creating operational processes, training 3PL service providers, support in creating instructions and their implementation.
- Training and educating merchants on the proper preparation of goods, supporting merchants throughout the entire process of goods receipt, order management, and inventory management.
- Identifying issues and needs of merchants related to the processes of providing Fulfillment services and proposing solutions to improve sales participation through Fulfillment services.
- Ensuring high productivity in outbound operations such as picking, packing, sorting, and shipping packages/pallets to carriers.
- Ensuring adherence to predefined time limits and agreed service levels related to fulfillment services. Proposing actions and proactively solving issues to guarantee the best customer experience.
- Training and Development: Provide ongoing training to ensure that all team members understand the processes, safety protocols, and customer service standards. This may include cross-training staff between inbound and outbound operations.
- Performing other tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and e-commerce fulfilment services
- Highly analytical and with extraordinary problem solving skills
- 3 years of experience managing last-mile services for e-commerce
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize workload in a dynamic environment
- BS degree in any related field
- MS Office/ SAP
- English Proficiency
